️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting people with daily living skills and independence
• Being a strong advocate for the people we support and their families
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Building meaningful relationships and communicating effectively
• Administering medication safely and responsibly
• Providing personal care with dignity and compassion

Your Journey Starts Here:

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.

We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the  Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care  during your probation period. We’ll support your development with  dedicated study days  and ongoing guidance to help you succeed

• Ability to support adults with learning disabilities and autism
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment in a support role

Desired Criteria

• Experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar care role
• Understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism
• Ability to promote independent living for service users
