As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients and leading audit engagements from planning through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors.
- Leading audit assignments and ensuring delivery to budget and deadline.
- Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to teams.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and developing strong working relationships.
- Advising clients on accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and support business development activities.
- Managing, mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Supporting recruitment, training and performance management initiatives.
- Assisting partners and directors with project work and strategic client engagements.
