Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Managing the company’s brand identity and ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Overseeing digital marketing activities, including website content, email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports using key marketing metrics.
• Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
• Creating and managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective return on investment.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Producing and reviewing marketing content, promotional materials and communications.
• Supporting the organisation of events, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Managing and developing junior marketing team members where applicable.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and website management.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and produce reports.
• Experience managing budgets and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Marketing qualification or degree desirable but not essential.
