Seize the Opportunity:
- Partner with renowned private equity funds, co-investors, and portfolio companies on a range of complex transactions
- Be instrumental in structuring and negotiating deals, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, and exits
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations and navigate intricate legal and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues in our US offices to ensure a truly global approach for clients
You'll be a Perfect Fit if You Have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in private equity law, with a proven track record of success
- In-depth knowledge of private equity structures, deal documentation, and relevant regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage demanding deadlines with a cool head
