Are you passionate about helping people take the first step toward their future? At Paragon Skills , we're looking for motivated and organised Enrolment Specialists to deliver an exceptional enrolment experience that inspires learners from day one.
This is more than an enrolment and admin based role as you'll be the first point of connection in a learner's journey, guiding them through enrolment, understanding their goals, and setting them up for success in their apprenticeship or training programme. Therefore you will be integral in setting the tone for what they can expect from their journey with us on their chosen qualification.
Every day you'll connect with learners and employers across the UK, helping people unlock new opportunities through education and skills development. Your role will directly impact their confidence, motivation, and readiness to begin their learning journey. Working remotely within our dynamic team, you'll deliver engaging enrolment sessions that bring clarity, support, and energy to every learner you meet.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Deliver a minimum of 7 engaging 45-minute enrolment sessions per day, supporting learners through the full enrolment process.
- Provide clear information, advice, and guidance to learners and employers
- Carry out skills scans and BKSB initial assessment discussions to identify learner needs
- Guide learners through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to ensure their existing skills are recognised
- Coordinate and manage bookings using a centralised diary system
- Schedule learners into group enrolment sessions and initial tutor visits
- Plot your enrolment slots onto the Appointed system
- Ensure all enrolment documentation and start audit actions are completed accurately and compliantly
- Promote learner wellbeing while maintaining GDPR and safeguarding standards
By delivering seven high-quality 45-minute enrolment sessions each day, you'll ensure learners start their programmes confident, informed, and ready to succeed. You won't just process enrolments you'll ignite learning journeys.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Industry experience and preferably experience delivering apprenticeships would be beneficial
- Loves supporting learners and building confidence
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple daily sessions
- Can deliver consistent, engaging virtual enrolment experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload with the support of Appointed booking your enrolment slots
- Is passionate about education, skills, and learner success
- Has experience of completing enrolment sessions
- IT Literate with a confidence to use MS Teams, and bespoke software like Bud and Appointed
- Qualifications in Care, Early Years or Residential Childcare would be advantageous
- Motivated with a positive, forward-thinking attitude
- Energy and enthusiasm to inspire success
