Need a versatile IT help for miscellaneous tasks
I'm looking for a flexible IT support person to handle a mix of small tasks around my home office. Goals include tidying up my wired and wireless network, updating software on a couple of devices, setting up a local backup solution, and troubleshooting a few quirky issues with printers and peripherals. Preference for someone comfortable explaining steps clearly and avoiding jargon. Ideally available for a few hours, with a plan to tackle each task efficiently in one session. Must be local to the UK and able to work during daytime hours. Bring basic tools and any standard software you recommend; I’ll provide access as needed.
