Climate Action was founded in 2007 and operates at the intersection of climate policy, innovation and finance. We deliver complex, high-impact hybrid and digital events to a global network of 140,000 members, working alongside more than 1,000 impact partners, UN agencies and private sector organisations.

Requirements
We welcome expressions of interest from people with expertise in:
- Conference production and programme development
- Marketing and communications, especially B2B campaigns
- Business development and sponsorship sales
- Event operations and logistics
- Partnerships and client success
You might be:
- A creative thinker with ideas for engaging new audiences
- A strategic mind with experience in sustainability or policy
- A connector who thrives on building partnerships and communities
- A digital native with skills in content, design, or data
- Or someone with a completely different skill set we haven’t thought of yet
