We have two exciting roles for a global retail client of ours.  One based in the USA and this one, based in Germany.

It is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised retail organisation in a pivotal regional security and loss prevention leadership role covering Germany, Austria and Central & Eastern Europe.

This position sits at the heart of protecting people, assets, operations and brand reputation across a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. We are seeking a commercially minded security professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.

• Vendor and guarding performance management
• Travel risk and event security planning

We’re interested in speaking with professionals who have experience in:

• Retail security or corporate security leadership
• Asset protection and stock loss reduction
• Multi-site or multinational environments
• Investigations, crisis management and operational security
• CCTV, access control and security technologies
• Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders

The successful candidate will be a collaborative and commercially aware leader, capable of balancing operational risk with business priorities across diverse international markets.

✈️ Regular travel across Germany, Austria and CEE will be required.
