We need Passionate, Reliable, Experienced   Fully Flexible   Support Workers  located in , Arnold (NG5) £13.12 per hour 37.5 per week, make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support. We currently have 2 x full-time 37.5 hours and 1 part-time opportunities available.  

Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

About You

You will be an experienced Support Worker located in Arnold Nottingham (NG5).

Most of us are mobile but some need a little bit of physical assistance to get around our house and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include learning disabilities and mental health.

We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.

The service comprises of individual flats and a communal area where we meet with other tenants and also like to sit an speak with support staff.

What you'll be doing

We like our staff to work Mornings 7am to 3pm, Afternoon 3pm to 10pm and Nights 10pm to 7am. We also have a Sleep In shift and some mid 1-1 shifts which we 

We have one person supported who requires Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), this is the preferred route of feeding and nutritional support in patients with a functional gastrointestinal system who require long-term enteral nutrition.
