Warehouse Operative – Immediate Starts Available | Alfreton
We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team in the Alfreton area. Immediate starts are available, with permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday with one weekend day required
- Mornings and Afternoons and Nights available
Pay Rate
- £10.85 – £12.71 per hour (In accordance to NLW)
Key Responsibilities
- Parcel sorting, picking, packing, and scanning
- General warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment
- Loading and unloading containers efficiently
- Using pump trucks safely and effectively
- Assisting with goods receiving processes
- Cutting down and disposing of packaging materials
- Completing basic computer-based tasks
- Reporting to warehouse supervisors
- Manual handling and heavy lifting duties
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Flexibility to support varying warehouse operations and working hours
