Are you an experienced Assistant Bar Manager or a Bar Manager with a led wet background?
THE JOB:
* Working alongside the Management as well as the onsite team in order to provide the best service.
* Carry out regular checks within the bar.
* Shift running including closing or opening duties.
* Promote positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
* Maintain effective cost control on all areas.
* Adherence to the operational policies. IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a wet led cocktail bar, late night venue or a pub.
* Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
* Ability to lead by example.
* Interested in progression within the late night sector or the hospitality industry. THE PACKAGE: * 35-38K per annum (experience depending)
* 45h per week on a 5 over 7 basis.
* Excellent induction programme and development opportunities.
