- Partner with senior leaders across Logistics and Supply Chain to deliver strategic people initiatives aligned to business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, and succession planning activities.
- Design, implement, and evolve people plans that support business growth, operational excellence, and transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on complex people matters, change programmes, and organisational development.
- Drive a high-performance culture through leadership coaching, capability building, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, well being, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver effective and commercially focused people solutions.
- Use workforce data, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.
- Support large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes across both head office and operational environments.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and associated risk management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions at a senior leadership level.
- Ensure the people agenda supports the delivery of wider business strategy and performance objectives.
