The Recruitment Solutution (TRS) have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join this well respected and dynamic dealer group. With earnings of £60,000+ This role is based in the Suffolk area, great brand and available now! This is a well established dealer group and a great brand. A great opportunity to make your mark.

Requirements for this General Sales Manager position.
• The ideal candidate must be able to drive the departments sales performance including finance, add on's and accessories to meet targets.
• Ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.
• You will have a successful track record within a similar role
• Strong man management and motivational skills
• You will set high standards and expect your team to follow your example
