PE Teacher (ECT) - Ofsted Outstanding School!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic PE Teacher (ECT) to join a highly successful Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Grammar School in Hertfordshire. The position involves teaching PE across KS3–KS5 , inspiring students to achieve both inside and outside the classroom.
The PE department is vibrant and ambitious, offering a broad curriculum and a strong extracurricular programme. Students participate enthusiastically in competitive and recreational sports, and the department is known for its inclusive ethos and outstanding results.
About the School:
This selective 11–18 Grammar School educates around 1,200 pupils , including a Sixth Form of 370 students . Rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted , it combines academic excellence with an emphasis on wellbeing and personal growth. Facilities include a full-size sports hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, and extensive outdoor pitches. The leadership team is dedicated to staff development, ensuring ECTs are fully supported.
