Love talking to people, building relationships and turning great customer service into sales?

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and account development, where you'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, maximise sales and make a real difference.

You'll also receive cross-training across both our Customer Sales and Customer Care teams . This means you'll gain experience managing customer orders as well as supporting delivery queries, resolving issues and handling complaints, giving you a broader understanding of our customers' needs.

Qualifications

Your role will include:

• Making outbound calls to customers to take orders and identify opportunities to increase sales.

• Handling inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

• Promoting offers, upselling products and working towards sales targets.

• Supporting customers with delivery queries, questions and complaints as part of your Customer Care training.

• Completing administrative tasks accurately, using systems including Excel and Outlook.

• Identifying potential new customers and supporting account growth.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver shared team goals

What you'll bring…

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or administration.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive customer relationships over the phone.

• A sales-driven mindset, with the motivation to achieve targets and spot opportunities.

• Good IT and organisational skills, particularly using Excel and Outlook.

• A positive, resilient attitude, with the ability to manage busy periods and handle challenging conversations professionally.

• A flexible, team-focused approach and a willingness to learn across different areas of the business.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a passion for customers and the drive to develop their skills.

• Hours: 35 hours per week

• Salary: Competitive Annual Salary
