Location:  Saepio - Head Office, High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive

Hours:  Full Time - (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)

Reporting To: Sales Manager

What We're Looking For

We're seeking high-achieving, goal-driven salespeople with a proven record of success in sales, ideally in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity. You'll be motivated by opportunity, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful.

You bring:

  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a new business or hybrid role
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating senior stakeholder conversations
  • Excellent commercial acumen, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative approach and the ability to position technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and a hunger to succeed in a high-growth environment

 

What You'll Be Doing

As an experienced sales professional, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping clients solve complex cybersecurity and IT challenges.

You will:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects.
  • Work closely with decision-makers to understand their security and compliance needs, and deliver tailored, consultative solutions
  • Navigate and close complex sales by building business cases, negotiating pricing, and leveraging internal technical specialists
  • Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and long-term value
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building trust, and delivering consistent results
  • Partner with a high-performance sales team and benefit from ongoing product training, strategic support, and technical resources
