We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering an outstanding service to landlords and tenants. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day lettings operation, including:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Marketing properties and generating new instructions
- Conducting valuations and securing new business
- Managing viewings, offers and negotiations
- Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals
- Ensuring properties and tenancies meet relevant legal requirements
- Supporting and developing the lettings team
- Achieving individual and company targets
- Experienced in residential lettings
- Confident, organised and commercially minded
- An excellent communicator and negotiator
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Knowledgeable about current lettings legislation and best practice
- A team player with the ability to take ownership and lead by example
