Job Outline

As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

Requirements

Prior experience recruiting in the Quantum world or Quantum Physics is ideal however we are opento experienced technical or STEM recruiters that are interested in cross-training into this space that possess the core recruitment 360 ability and record.

KeyResponsibilities

·       Business development & Client base management across product

·       Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose

·       Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms andSLAs

·       Brand presence building

·       Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.

·       Conference attendance and contribution to building Cubiq Quantum

·       Offer management and post placement support

·       Strategic growth of desk and department

·       Develop candidate network within your niche

·       Arrange and lead new client meetings
