Salary: £12.75 per hour, increasing to £12.95 with qualifications + Paid Training
Location: Saltdean, Brighton (BN2)
Hours: Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities available (30 & 37.5-hour contracts)
Shifts: 7.5-hour shifts, including alternate weekends

At Glenholme Specialist Healthcare , we provide specialist supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and associated conditions, empowering every individual to live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals.

Our Brighton services are located in the peaceful residential area of Saltdean , just outside Brighton, with excellent access to local shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and public transport, including direct bus routes into Brighton city centre. Your Role as a Support Worker

With the right training and support, you'll help promote independence, choice and inclusion for the people we support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
  • Supporting with medication administration

  • Promoting choice, dignity and independence
  • Working alongside families and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred support
