We are recruiting for a Site Installer to join a fantastic team based in Balborough, Chesterfield . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , offering the chance to secure a permanent position with a growing and supportive business.
This field-based Site Installer role involves travelling to customer sites across the UK, installing racking systems, and supporting site operations. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, with a minimum of two people on every project, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

- £14.00 per hour overtime rate on all hours worked over 50 hours

Site Installer Duties
As a Site Installer , your responsibilities will include:
- Installing racking systems on customer sites
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Working as part of a team of at least two installers
- Following installation plans and instructions
- Carrying out general housekeeping and keeping work areas tidy
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Travelling to sites across the UK
- Staying away from home when required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Skills Needed
To be successful in this Site Installer role, you should have:
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to travel nationwide and stay away from home during projects
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A practical, hands-on approach to work
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to health and safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Installation, construction, labouring, or fit-out experience is beneficial but not essential
