What the Role Involves

You will teach Design & Technology across KS3, KS4 & KS5, delivering lessons that combine creativity, engineering thinking, and practical problem-solving. Students are encouraged to work through the full design process—from research and concept design to prototyping and final production.

The role includes:

• Teaching engaging and practical DT lessons across all key stages

• Supporting GCSE and A-Level coursework and examination preparation

• Encouraging students to develop technical, creative, and analytical skills

• Contributing to project-based learning and departmental initiatives

• Supporting enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs, competitions, and exhibitions
