- £12.76 per hour
- Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm (33 hours per week)
- Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am (44 hours per week)
- Full-time contracts available on both days and nights, depending on your preference

Located in Wavertree, Oak Springs is a modern, purpose-built care home providing residential, dementia and short-stay care in a luxurious and welcoming setting. Home to 74 residents, our service is designed to encourage independence, wellbeing and social connection, with outstanding facilities and a vibrant programme of activities.

What You'll Be Doing
As a healthcare assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting residents to live comfortably, confidently and with dignity.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with eating, drinking and maintaining good nutrition
- Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
- Encouraging participation in activities, hobbies and social events
- Promoting independence wherever possible
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional standards of care
- Contributing to a safe, clean and welcoming environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
