Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (iGCSE) only.
- Character Coach: Driving high attainment by fostering expressive performance skills, complex textual analysis, and understanding of theatrical conventions.
- Backstage Boss: Assisting with directing junior productions, coordinating lighting and sound, and managing the prop/costume departments.

- Essential Requirements: Candidate must hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performance.
