ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Trial Vendor Senior Manager to oversee vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials across multiple European locations. The role involves managing trial timelines, budgets, quality standards, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance in a sponsor-dedicated environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
- Ensure trial compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines
- Review vendor-related protocol sections and contribute to contract amendment development
Requirements
- University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent education and experience combination
- 3+ years clinical operations and vendor management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical trial deliverables
- User acceptance testing experience for eCOA and IRT systems
- Expertise in vendor outsourcing, contracting, and clinical services sourcing
- Available to start within 4-5 weeks
- Legal right to work in the assigned country
