Description The Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors.
- Leading and supporting due diligence exercises on corporate transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and related corporate documentation.
- Assisting with business disposals, restructurings and corporate reorganisations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst supporting business development initiatives.
- A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years' PQE in corporate law.
- Experienced in M&A transactions and corporate due diligence projects.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and transaction documents.
- Familiar with disposals, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.
- Commercially minded with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated to develop within a high-performing and ambitious corporate practice.
