Job Title: Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist

* Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Provide responsive and independent care tailored to the needs of service users. Qualifications/Requirements: * HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community.
