Cyber Project Manager (IT/OT)

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile cyber security initiatives spanning both traditional IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across two critical cyber programmes:

• Building and enhancing cyber security capabilities across the enterprise environment.
• Leading the replacement and transformation of cyber security systems protecting industrial and offshore OT assets.

Working closely with cyber security, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering projects that strengthen security posture, improve resilience, and support the organisation's digital transformation journey.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple cyber security projects across IT and OT environments.
• Lead the planning, governance, execution, and reporting of cyber programmes and initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support the expansion and enhancement of enterprise cyber security services and capabilities.
• Drive the replacement and modernisation of cyber security technologies protecting industrial control systems and offshore operational assets.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Ensure appropriate change management and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and programme sponsors.
• Support compliance, security, and operational requirements across both business and industrial environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cyber security or technology projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within regulated, critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Secure Remote Access Solutions
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Identity and Access Management
• Security Operations and Monitoring
• Network Security
• Cyber Risk Management
• Operational Technology (OT) Security
• Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA environments

Desirable :

• Experience delivering projects within OT, industrial, manufacturing, offshore, or critical national infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or NIS regulations.
• Relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP, etc.).
