Private PA or Virtual Assistant – Part-Time - 20 Hours – ASAP start
This is a Temporary Private PA role which will go permanent for the right person
A HNW individual is looking for a brilliant and experienced Private PA to help them and their down to earth family with their busy life.
The day to day of this Private PA role involves:
- Family diary management - creation and on-going management of the family diary
- Organising all family appointments, meetings, and activities, and keeping employer regularly informed of all upcoming activity to make sure nothing is missed
- Setting up processes and systems
- Multi-Property Management Travel arrangements
- Correspondence and liaison
- Running errands
Requirements for this Private PA role:
- 5 years Private PA/VA experience
- Highly organised
- Confident and on-it
- Calm, relaxed and easy-going
This Private PA role is a temp – perm opportunity
Although it will predominately be remote there will be some requirements to travel to South West London to oversee management of their property portfolio.
