HR & Recruitment Specialist | Birmingham
A leading academy in Birmingham is seeking a meticulous HR & Compliance Officer for a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. This position is perfect for an operational expert who thrives on technical mastery and maintaining a rigorous approach to school safety and staffing.

Responsibilities
Manage the school’s recruitment cycles and the maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR).
Ensure total compliance with safeguarding and data protection (GDPR) legislation.
Support the Senior Leadership Team with HR administrative tasks and staff wellbeing initiatives.
Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Requirements
Experience in HR administration or compliance (school experience is highly desirable).
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Proficiency in school MIS and HR management software.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
