A high-achieving academy in Leeds is seeking an ambitious Geography Teacher to join a successful Humanities department. The school offers an academically focused environment in which students are encouraged to question, investigate and evaluate geographical issues.
The Role
Physical Geography: Teach topics including landscapes, hazards, climate and ecosystems.
Human Geography: Explore population, development, urbanisation and globalisation.
Geographical Skills: Develop students' use of maps, data, GIS and fieldwork techniques.
Examination Preparation: Build strong GCSE and A-Level examination performance.
