I'm looking for a patient, experienced music tutor to start beginner piano lessons for my teenager. We have a small upright piano at home and would prefer weekly sessions focusing on note reading, rhythm, and basic technique. The student is new to piano, so clear explanations and small practice goals are important. Availability should be on weekday evenings, around 6-7 pm, with flexibility for occasional weekend sessions. Ideally, the tutor can provide a short assessment after a few weeks to tailor the plan and track progress. We’d value a friendly teaching style and a quick grip on fundamentals so practice at home is productive.
