Finance Business Partner | Leading Facilities Management & Workplace Solutions Group | Fully Remote | £70,000 | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Robert Half are working with a market-leading facilities management and workplace solutions provider, supporting some of the world's most recognisable organisations across complex client environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the business on a 6-month fixed term contract , supporting the mobilisation of a newly won million total facilities management contract.

This is a highly commercial and project-focused role, with less emphasis on traditional month-end, budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with the Key Account Director, providing commercial insight, financial analysis and challenge to support decision-making throughout the mobilisation and ongoing delivery of the contract. Previous contract mobilisation experience would be highly desirable.

About the Role

• Business partner closely with the Key Account Director and senior management team, providing commercial and financial insight across the contract.
  * Support the mobilisation of the newly won contract, helping establish strong financial and commercial controls from the outset.
  * Build strong relationships with client representatives, operational teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  * Challenge and support the business on cost reduction, contract negotiations, pricing and process improvement initiatives.
  * Ensure strong contract governance, including client reporting, reconciliations and change note management.
  * Identify and manage financial and commercial risks, supporting the delivery of gap closure plans.
  * Provide timely financial reporting, forecasting and insightful commentary on contract performance.
  * Work closely with Procurement and the Account team on supplier governance, negotiations and cost optimisation.
  * Support billing, cash collection, balance sheet management and wider financial control across the contract.
  * Support period-end and year-end management accounts, audit requirements and wider finance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  * Strong commercial finance or Finance Business Partnering experience, within a contract-led or service-based environment.
  * Previous client-facing experience is essential.
  * Experience supporting the mobilisation of a large or complex contract is essential.
  * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  * Confident communicator able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  * Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously.
