Senior Recruitment Consultant - Sports & Entertainment

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in central London, focusing on placing exceptional talent within the dynamic Sports and Entertainment sector.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll drive business development initiatives while delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to our diverse client base. You'll work with organisations ranging from premier league football clubs to global entertainment companies, handling roles from senior management to specialist positions.
Key Responsibilities
You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to expand our client portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates through various channels
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
- Contributing to the growth and development of our Sports & Entertainment division
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Sports, Entertainment, or related sectors
- A strong track record of successful business development and account management
- Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to spot market opportunities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for the sports and entertainment industries
