The People Data Analyst will:
- Analyse and interpret employee data to support HR strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR data reports and dashboards for various stakeholders on SuccessFactors.
- Identify trends and patterns within workforce data to offer actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of data-driven HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Continuously improve data processes and reporting methods.
