A FTSE-100 publishing house is currently seeking a Tax Manager for their small in house tax function. The group has gone from strength to strength and is rapidly growing internationally whilst broadening their key product base.
Responsibilities:
- Management of corporate tax compliance
- Statutory tax filings and quarterly tax reporting
- Provide tax advice to group on their finance matters for the UK and international
- Ad hoc project work (currently a system implementation)
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA/ACCA or equivalent
- Good experience of UK corporate tax, international tax (particularly US GAAP) would be beneficial
- Wider knowledge of taxes would be beneficial
