We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an ambitious HR Manager for an Outstanding academy in Bristol. We are seeking a professional who is eager to lead HR strategy in a rewarding, fast-paced secondary environment that prioritises social mobility.
About the Role
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
Act as the lead for all people-related matters, including organisational change and employee engagement.
Manage the HR budget and work closely with the School Business Manager on workforce planning.
