Junior Electrical Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager to support the management of electrical projects from initiation through to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills within a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical projects.
- Support senior project managers in managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress.
- Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
- Help resolve project issues and facilitate problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Some experience or background in electrical project management or electrical engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue formal project management training is a plus.
