You'll be the person ensuring projects move forward, deadlines are met, actions are followed up and stakeholders receive a consistently professional service.About the RoleWorking closely with senior leaders, members, committees and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating policy, communications and PR activity across the organisation.You will help ensure meetings, consultations, publications, media activity and member communications are delivered efficiently, professionally and on time.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating policy projects, consultations and working groupsOrganising meetings, agendas and follow-up actionsTaking and coordinating meeting notes, ensuring actions are tracked and completedManaging multiple deadlines across concurrent workstreamsMaintaining accurate trackers, databases and planning documentsSupporting the production of thought leadership content and consultation responsesCoordinating member communications and stakeholder engagement activityManaging website content updates and LinkedIn activityIssuing press communications and monitoring media coverageProducing reports and updates on communications, policy and stakeholder activityAbout YouThis role requires exceptional organisational capability and meticulous attention to detail.You'll be someone who naturally spots the small things, takes ownership of tasks and keeps everything moving.We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:Essential Skills & ExperienceExceptional organisational and prioritisation skillsOutstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
