Regional Retail Manager- Field Based
Location: Lincolnshire /Nottinghamshire
Full flexibility with working hours- 2/4 full weekends
Salary: £37,500 OTE £70,000

The Role
As Regional Retail Manager, you will oversee and support multiple branches within your region, ensuring teams are motivated, engaged, and consistently delivering strong commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Retail Branch Managers to achieve and exceed targets
- Conducting daily calls, weekly one-to-ones, and regular branch visits to drive performance and engagement
- Delivering regional growth objectives and maximising commercial opportunities
- Building strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans where required
- Promoting a high-performance culture focused on customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach.
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or multi-site leader within a fast-paced retail or service environment
- A track record of coaching and developing successful teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A resilient, proactive, and commercially focused mindset
- A full UK driving licence
