About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, welcoming and professional service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food, wines, cocktails and other beverages to the highest standard
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials and beverage offerings
- Ensure tables are presented and maintained to Floritz standards throughout service
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
- Handle guest queries and feedback in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening, closing and cleaning duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A desire to learn and develop within a quality hospitality operation
