HGV Waste Collection Driver
Location: Runnymede, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Salary: £17.26 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HGV Waste Collection Driver to join our dedicated waste management team operating across the Runnymede area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their driving, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a team that helps keep communities clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate HGV refuse collection vehicles on assigned routes.
- Work alongside the collection crew to complete domestic, recycling, food waste, and commercial waste collections.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Provide a professional and friendly service while representing the company within the local community.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily paperwork, vehicle checks, and records accurately.
- Valid Category C (Class 2) HGV Licence .
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card .
- A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good understanding of road safety and current driving regulations.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience in waste collection or refuse driving is desirable, but not essential.
- £17.26 per hour.
