With 82 luxury bedrooms, The Nineteen Hundred Restaurant and Cafe Bar and the Ledger Library offering private dining, we are setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.
The Bedford Hotel seeks a skilled and driven Deputy General Manager who thrives in a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the culinary and front office departments to ensure unified operations and consistent guest experience.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the hotel’s objectives enhancing efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee departmental budgets ensuring cost effective operations without compromising quality.
- Uphold high standards of guest service across all supervised departments addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and high morale.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety and hospitality luxury standards.
- Develop and implement a contingency plan for emergencies ensuring staff are trained to handle various situations effectively.
