• Resolve customer issues, enforce policies, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Co-ordinates with suppliers.
• Maintains hygiene standards.
• Handles budgeting and inventory.
• Ensures excellent customer service.
• Manages staff.
• Oversees daily operations.
