Our client is a prestigious City law firm with an impressive reputation within non-contentious construction with a real estate focus. Role:
Joining a prestigious and well resourced non-contentious construction team with a focus on real estate including:
- JCT contracts
- Advising household names on UK expansion
- Advising on the design and construction of high-profile projects
- Forward funded student accommodation projects
- UHNW residential development
- Retail chains on store rollouts
- Central London refurbishments
Key attractions:
- Quality and breath of work and clients
- Career progression opportunities
- Importance of non-contentious construction within the firm
- Excellent work/life balance- one of the lowest chargeable hour targets in the market
Successful candidate:
- 5-7 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- 5-7 years UK construction experience gained within a ranked non-contentious construction team
