Responsibilities
- Oversee statistical programming team delivery for one or more clinical projects with defined scope and complexity
- Develop detailed programming strategies, specifications, and plans for clinical project deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and direction to programming team members on complex activities
- Design and develop programs supporting complex clinical data analysis and reporting
- Review project requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Advanced statistical programming expertise with knowledge of methods, languages, and data structures
- Demonstrated experience leading statistical programming teams and projects
- Proficiency in SAS programming for clinical data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice standards
- Experience with data quality, quality assurance, and standard operating procedures
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
