Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Belfast An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest commercial litigation teams in Northern Ireland. The team is top ranked for commercial litigation in the region, with an excellent client base of national and global clients. They benefit massively from the strong corporate practice at the firm, with a steady flow of major dispute referral work coming from established corporate clients. You will be providing legal advice to companies across a variety of industry sectors, specifically in relation to defamation, reputation management and data protection. The team really invests in its people, it aims to recruit for the long term, supporting its lawyers to develop their skills and work towards their chosen areas of expertise. Relationships with major clients are incubated from an early stage and junior lawyers are also encouraged to develop their own networks. Because the team deals with a number of large scale disputes at any one time, it is structured so that no one member of the team feels alone working on a major case, but is always part of a sub-team working together and always has a varied caseload to work on. Demands are high in a top ranking firm, but at the same time there is genuine flexibility and agile working is the norm. They are busy and are now looking to take on a solicitor with around 1 years' plus PQE, with solid academics and the drive to move their career forward in an intellectually challenging but rewarding working environment.
