Contact Lens Optician Opportunity

About the Role

PART TIME: 3 days a week

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Contact Lens Optician to join a well-established optical provider known for delivering high clinical standards and exceptional customer care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional and supportive team, where you will provide tailored contact lens solutions and build long-term relationships with your patients. The role offers variety, with the opportunity to work across multiple locations while developing your clinical expertise and product knowledge.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement and patient experience, this position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering personalised care and outstanding aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the wider branch team to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Assess, recommend, and fit appropriate contact lenses based on individual patient needs
• Maintain high clinical and technical standards across all aspects of contact lens practice
• Provide thorough aftercare and ongoing support to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance
• Build strong relationships with patients, encouraging long-term loyalty and trust
• Participate in Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay current with industry developments
• Work flexibly across multiple branches, gaining varied clinical experience

You will:

• Be a qualified Contact Lens Optician with strong clinical knowledge
• Have experience in contact lens fitting and aftercare

• Be flexible and open to working across different locations
• Be committed to ongoing professional development
