Job Description: Female HCA /Support Worker Location: NG16 Salary: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) Full job description We are looking for compassionate and experienced Female HCA / Support Workers to provide support within the home of a young boy with additional needs, including being non-verbal, global developmental delay, and suspected autism. Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent supervision and support within the home environment.
• Support a non-verbal young boy with global developmental delay and suspected autism.
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and personal care development.
• Plan and deliver calm, structured, and sensory-friendly activities tailored to his needs.
• Ensure his safety at all times while encouraging participation in age-appropriate and community-based activities.
• Provide respite support to the family and liaise with professionals when required.

Requirements:

• Female driver with a valid UK driving license(must drive).
• At least 6 months recent care experience in the UK.
• Experience supporting children with autism, sensory needs, and complex behaviours.
• Training in trauma-informed and sensory-aware care is preferred.
• Patient, empathetic, and confident in safely managing challenging behaviours.
