Job description
Ensuring all facilities and public areas are properly maintained and presented to the facilities standard guidelines. Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood, implemented and regularly reviewed.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all facilities and public areas are properly maintained and presented to the facilities standard guidelines.
- Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood, implemented and regularly reviewed.
- Assisting customer services team in the delivery of facility services.
- Work effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- On-site training will be provided - previous experience not essential.
- Team working.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Further Information
Work Time: Shifts available - Tuesday 5:30pm to 9:30pm; Friday 5:30pm to 9:30pm; Saturday 3:30pm to 7:30pm; Sunday 6:30pm to 10:30pm. You will ideally have previous cleaning, maintenance experience within a multi-purpose facility incorporating conferencing, sports and fitness facilities.
