I am working with a well-established and highly respected building services consultancy that is looking to appoint an Electrical Associate Director to play a key leadership role within its growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the electrical engineering team
- Providing technical leadership and guidance across projects
- Carrying out QA and peer reviews
- Maintaining high technical standards across all project work
- Mentoring and developing engineers at different stages of their careers
- Supporting business growth through innovation and continuous improvement
- Working closely with senior leadership to influence the future direction of the team
- Strong background in Building Services Electrical Design
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership-level position
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor, coach and inspire engineers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the drive to introduce new ideas and improvements
- Ambition to play a significant role within a growing consultancy
